- Cancellations or changes made before 0:00 of the 7 th day from the check in date will be not subjected to any penalty.
- Cancellation or changes made after 00:00 of the 7 th day from the check in
date will be subjected to a 1 Night Stay penalty;
- Cancellations or changes made the same check in date
will be subjected to a 1 Night Stay penalty;
- If the guest doesn't come to the hotel on the check in date, it will be considered a
No-Show and his credit card will be charged for a 1 Night Stay penalty;
- If the guest arrives to the hotel the next day or later than the check in date, his/her reservation will not be considered valid; the hotel will be free to decide for his/her reservation;
- For cancellation and change purposes, we consider the italian time as reference (Greenwich + 1);
- In case of multiple room booking, penalties apply to each room that is cancelled or changed;
- No refunds will be given for late check in or early check out;
- Cancellations or changes must be made directly by the guest to Boutique Hotel Reservations;

In case of cancellation: Credit cards held by Boutique Hotel Reservations will be charged a penalty equivalent to one night's charge if the cancellation will be notified within 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival date or in the case of a no show on the following periods: 03/11 - 23/12; 08/01 - 14/03; 01/07 - 31/08; The same penality will be charged if the cancellation will be notified within 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date or in the case of a no show on the following periods: 15/03 - 30/06; 01/09 - 02/11; 24/12 - 07/01;
In case of no-show: Credit cards held by Boutique Hotel Reservations will be charged a penalty equivalent of a 1 night's stay.
